My kids just got a gecko this week and I have meal worms in my kitchen. Not sure I am going to put them in the Fridge any time soon:) Stopping by from work boxes and now following:)
If you want them to grow a little leave them out for about 3 days with a piece of carrot. But you will find they pupate pretty quickly.
I like to use superworms. They take a long time to pupate, and you don't need to refrigerate. They are very mobile, so much more interesting to the gecko. I use a glass ashtray to keep them in the enclosure, anything else and they escape. We have 5 geckos. So it's interesting in the house.
